  Mozilla saat ini telah merilis versi 3.0.11 dari Browser Firefox. Pada versi kali ini Mozilla memperbaiki masalah keamanan dan stabilitas yang telah ditemui pada Firefox 3.0.10. Pada situs Bugzilla secara lengkap terdapat 50 perbaikan bug. Untuk itu para pengguna Firefox disarankan untuk segera memperbarui dan melakukan update dari versi sebelumnya.

 Faster, more secure, easier to use and sporting a new look, this latest Firefox release sets a new standard for web browser innovation. Mozilla Firefox project (formerly Firebird, which was formerly Phoenix) is a redesign of Mozilla’s browser component, written using the XUL user interface language and designed to be cross-platform. It is small, fast and easy to use, and offers many advantages over other web browsers, such as the tabbed browsing and the ability to block pop-up windows.

Firefox 3.0.11 fixes several issues found in Firefox 3.0.10 :

• Fixed several security issues.
• Fixed several stability issues.
• Several issues were reported with the internal database, SQLite, which have now been fixed by upgrading to a newer version.
• Fixed an issue where, in some specific cases, the bookmarks database would become corrupt. (bug 464486)
